A home for your wellness rituals - join our sanctuary of communal care, featuring a 40-person sauna, a 20-person cold tub room, a relaxing lounge area, a coffee shop, an outdoor space, and more. Drop-in for a Free Flow session and utilize 75-minutes in the studio at your own pace, offering the opportunity for multiple contrast therapy rounds in the sauna and cold plunge rooms, as well as time in the lounge area to hydrate with water or a cup of tea and connect with others. Or, come for a Guided Class, where our certified guides will lead a group of up to 35 people through intentionally designed breath work and meditation within the sauna and cold plunge rooms.
