We offer an old-school vibe in a family-friendly, non-judgmental environment. Whether you're into bodybuilding, boxing, or just staying in shape, your progress is our priority. Our staff is here to support newcomers on their fitness journey—it's never too late to start! Our 13,000 sq. ft. facility on Judge Perez Dr. is the largest gym in St. Bernard Parish. Bayou Barbell features two floors of diverse equipment, including free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, boxing gear, and tanning beds.
