Duality offers six different class formats: Circuit is built on duality, offering two distinct formats: HIIT for speed, stamina, and intensity, and Heavy for strength, control, and power. ResCon pairs heat with intention through two formats: Bootcamp for high-energy conditioning and Mat Pilates for core-focused strength. Yoga offers two complementary formats: Flow for strength and movement, and Restore for recovery, flexibility, and reset. You need to book to attend the classes.
