Gorilla Squad Boxing Academy is a USA Boxing registered boxing gym offering authentic boxing training for all fitness and experience levels. Our USA Boxing registered coaches provide instruction ranging from fitness boxing, strength and conditioning, and technical skill development to advanced competitive-style boxing training. Whether your goal is to get in shape, learn real boxing fundamentals, build confidence, or develop your skills toward competition, our coaches will meet you at your level. We incorporate proper boxing technique, heavy bag work, conditioning, footwork, defense, and USA Boxing-based training and nutrition principles. Complete beginners are welcome—no previous boxing experience is required. Train at your own level of intensity while learning the sport in a real boxing-gym environment.
