The reporting feature is most impactful when focused on clear violations of Wellhub guidelines. Below are the main situations to watch for.

Use by an ineligible person

This occurs when someone gains access through unauthorized means — for example, by purchasing or renting a third-party account. Wellhub is a corporate benefit and cannot be sold or transferred to non-employees.

Improper account use

A Wellhub account is personal and non-transferable. If you have a clear suspicion that the person attempting access is not the account holder — for instance, because the same account appears to be used by more than one person — please report it.

Use by ineligible family members

The benefit can be extended to eligible family members only: spouses/partners, parents, and children. It does not apply to other relatives such as siblings, cousins, or friends. If you suspect a user does not meet the eligibility criteria, select the corresponding option when reporting.

Other situations

Also report check-in irregularities or inappropriate conduct on your premises. Use the "Other case" option in the reporting form and describe the situation in as much detail as possible.

When you identify a situation worth reporting, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Check-ins area — in the Partner Portal menu, navigate to "Check-ins".

  • Find the member — locate the specific check-in in the "Today's check-ins" or "Current month's check-ins" list.

  • Start the report — click the flag icon next to the check-in details.

  • Specify the reason — a form with predefined options will appear. Select the one that best describes the situation; this helps our team investigate faster.

  • Submit — your report is received confidentially by our specialized team.

For situations not covered by the predefined options — such as inappropriate conduct on premises — select "Other case" and describe the incident with as much detail as possible. Once submitted, do not file a second report for the same case.

Your report is reviewed confidentially by our specialized team based on internal security criteria. Resolution time may vary depending on the details of each case. If the reported behavior is confirmed as inappropriate, we will take the necessary action — which may include revoking the member's access to Wellhub. Once a report has been submitted, no follow-up report is needed for the same case. If we need additional information to investigate, we will contact you directly.
