West Hartford Yoga

West Hartford Yoga (WHY) is a locally-owned, woman-owned studio in the Elmwood section of West Hartford with deep roots. We’ve been offering a full range of yoga practices — power, hot, all levels, gentle, yin, restorative and pre-natal — since 2002. Our mission is to serve our yoga family and the greater community through the healing practices of yoga, asana, meditation, mindfulness, and healthy eating. Our classes are led by our exceptional teachers, who bring their own experience, style, creativity, and humor to the core practice, making WHY the perfect place for beginning and experienced yogis alike. Membership is not required — all of our classes can be purchased individually, via affordable class cards, or through Wellhub.
