Doomsday Fitness Experience

​The Doomsday Fitness Experience is a sophisticated calisthenics/ weighted resistance training system consisting of a mixture of muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscular growth variations, pushing the limit of each to its heightened peaks. We use the basic principles of progression. This involves learning the simplest forms of basic exercises, and then progressively moving on to more advanced variations of them. This system is for ANYONE who's willing to accept the hard work that comes with the 'WANTS' they desire, and doesn't mind taking on the next challenge in front of them.
