Universal Kempo Karate Schools

Universal Kempo-Karate Schools Association blends the traditional values and philosophies of Chinese Kempo, with modern martial arts and fitness techniques to create a complete system of self-defense while developing character appropriate for all ages and ability levels. We are a family oriented school. We teach self-defense and abide by traditional martial arts values of respect, courtesy, discipline and responsibility. Our goal is for our students to become stronger mentally, physically and spiritually. Your physical training gets you in shape, and you will learn specific skills for self-defense, however most people don’t often have to physically defend themselves. So, how can this training be helpful in everyday situations? Take a look at the classes we offer and let us teach you how to handle yourself with confidence in a physical encounter and the ability to stay calmer and think clearer as interactions get heated.
