Clients come to Train Pilates Studio for movement reeducation. Private and Semi-Private Sessions are catered to you and designed to strengthen and align your body. Book a Session with one of our comprehensively trained Instructors. We also offer Group Reformer, Tower, Chair Classes and more. Our Team of Certified Instructors programs each class to be challenging, full-body and accessible. All classes are open-level and with a maximum of six participants you will never go unnoticed. Train Instructors adjust spring loads and body positions to match your physical fitness level every time.
