The Yoga Studio - Carmel

Welcome to a hot and dynamic Yoga and Pilates studio with locations in Broad Ripple and Merchants Square in Carmel. The Yoga Studio is for everybody. New students join us in every class, and we offer a wide variety of classes throughout the day to fit your schedule and goals. You can expect to be challenged in each class, and we always encourage you to take breaks whenever you need them. Listening to your body is part of the practice! Please read class descriptions and preparation tips ahead of time to set yourself up for success. We are always here to support you, so please arrive early to class so we can help you get settled and introduce you to the studio and your teacher!
