We are an Instructor led studio with an open floor plan (no separate front desk staff) so when classes are in session, our clients are our top priority. We offer a variety of small group classes tailored for various fitness levels (6 ppl max) as well as private & semi private appointments and Pilates Parties (birthdays, bachelorette, girls day/night out etc). We welcome everyBODY & are ready to meet you where you are & build from there. We want to be the studio you choose rather than settle for which is why we offer several flexible, affordable, no hassle ways to practice Pilates i.e. monthly memberships (auto-renewal), zero commitment packages (non-renewal), & single class bookings.
