The Performance Lab at Hoop Tech

The Performance Lab at HoopTech isn’t just a gym, it’s a hub located in North Ridgeville for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want more than just a place to work out. We offer sports performance training for elite athletes, Adult Fit team classes led by expert coaches, and open gym access with free weights and machines so you can train on your own schedule. Finding a gym isn’t just about picking a spot with shiny equipment or a cool logo. It’s about finding a place that actually helps you move better, train smarter, and push limits safely. That’s exactly what we do at The Performance Lab. We’re not just another “fitness club near me.” We’re where science, coaching, and real-world results collide. Whether you’re chasing speed, strength, or just trying to feel stronger on your morning run, the right guidance makes all the difference. With our combination of structured team classes, individualized performance training, and access to top-notch equipment, you get the support you need to reach your goals.
