Tarafitt is a boutique fitness studio located in Glen Burnie Md. A unique gym where "Group Fitness" meets "Personal Training". Founded by Tara Meyer, Tarafitt was built on the belief that fitness should be empowering, supportive and life-changing-NOT intimidating. At Tarafitt we focus on more than just workouts, we focus on transformations from the inside out.Our programs combine structured workouts, nutritional guidance, accountability, and a powerful community that keeps you motivated and showing up. Members experience a variety of High-energy classes including strength training, kickboxing, zumba, spin, boxing, mobility and specialty challenges designed to deliver real results.
