We offer a variety of classes to fit your needs and schedule and strive to become an integral part of your healthy lifestyle. Our experienced instructors come from a variety of different backgrounds, and provide support on and off the mat to enhance your physical and emotional well-being. In addtion to our yoga practices, we are now offering a variety of other wellness modalities including reiki, EFT & TFT tapping, mobility training, and so much more!
