Station Athletics Roseland

At Station Athletics @ Roseland, you will not find rows of elliptical or weight machines. Instead, our facility is equipped with kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, pull-up bars, dumbbells, and barbells. Yes, we have some rowing machines and assault bikes too, but you will not plant yourself on one and stay there for an hour! And there is plenty of floor space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing – functional movements.
