Flavor'd Flow Studio

Adult dance classes at Flavor'd Flow Studio dive deep into the history of the dance and the culture of hip-hop as a whole. Our adult class schedule include both breaking and popping dance styles throughout the week. We have everybody from college students who have been dancing since they were kids to parents who are new to the dance. Our goal at FFS is for adults to have a fun time learning how to break and pop while getting and staying healthy.
