Members enjoy the boutique club vibe, top-notch amenities, and a friendly, supportive atmosphere that makes every workout something to look forward to. Whether you’re brand new or a longtime member, we’re here to help you train, recover, and thrive—just like always. Serving the Chattanooga area, we offer yoga, barre, Pilates, circuit training, cycling, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, pools, boxing, plus plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio gear. We believe recovery is part of fitness too, with hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms available. For an added boost, we also provide access to a medical-grade Red Light Therapy bed for an additional fee.
