Our signature class is based on four, fifteen-minute segments, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. In every class, you’ll always do an equal amount of strength and cardio. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you.
