Resistance offers Lagree Method classes in Wicker Park. Lagree is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines elements of Pilates and strength training. We are an independent studio with small classes limited to 8 people. Build lean muscle, burn fat, improve balance and flexibility. Classes are appropriate for all fitness levels.
