Peace Flow Yoga

My mission is to help people understand the importance of relaxation, self-care and balance. I want to change the impression that yoga is all about twisting yourself into shapes that can seem impossible. Yoga is about finding your true self through breath, movement and stillness. I am trained in Vinyasa, Yin and Prenatal yoga, and I facilitate sound baths. I am also a Reiki Master. I like to create classes that combine these healing modalities for a unique experience.
