Praise Athletics is a strength and conditioning facility located in Miramar, Florida, conveniently positioned near Miramar Parkway with easy access to I-75 and the Florida Turnpike. Our central location makes us easily accessible for members coming from Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Miami Lakes, and surrounding South Florida communities. We offer coached strength and conditioning classes designed to help members build strength, endurance, confidence, and overall fitness in a welcoming, community-driven environment. Whether you’re new to training or have years of experience, our coaches can help you modify movements and train at the level that is right for you. Our weekday class schedule includes early morning and evening options to make training easier to fit around the workday, with classes at 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, and 9:00 AM, as well as 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 PM. Praise Athletics also offers additional fitness programs and services, including HYROX training, bodybuilding programming, running, nutrition coaching, InBody body-composition testing, and specialty training options.
