We proudly offer five studio locations across Northern New Jersey: Clifton, Jersey City, Livingston, Chatham, and Morristown—so wherever you’re starting your journey, we’re nearby and ready to support you. All of our studios are designed with your comfort in mind and include bathrooms, changing rooms, and showers, plus filtered water dispensers so you can easily fill up before or after class. New to yoga? No problem at all. While you’re getting your feet wet, you can rent a Manduka yoga mat for just $3, and we provide blocks and straps free of charge to help you feel supported in every pose. As you continue your practice, we recommend having your own gear. We offer a thoughtful selection of high-quality, non-slip yoga mats, blocks, straps, sticky towels, and mat wash spray, along with comfortable, stylish activewear for before, during, and after class. Forgot your refillable water bottle? We’ve got you covered—bottled water is available for purchase at the front desk.
