Polarity Fitness is Ann Arbor's Premiere Pole Fitness Studio and Event Space. Polarity is a playful, energetic, and welcoming space dedicated to bringing all modalities of pole, yoga & fitness to our community. Our edgy classes, knowledgeable instructors, class variety, and beautiful space set us apart. This team strives to build an oasis that inspires growth, promotes self-love, teaches discipline, and brings a playful awareness to our clients. Wear comfortable and binding clothes (shorts and a sports bra/tank recommended). Please practice in bare feet, socks, ballet, or jazz shoes. Heels or alternate shoes are not allowed, unless specified. Street entrance is between The Peach Lab & Quickly, and studio is on the 2nd floor. Once you enter, walk up the stairs to find us on the second floor. Please budget EXTRA time to find our location.
