At Pilates Habitat we are here for you; to build your strength, flexibility, and balance in a nurturing, loving, community building environment. Prices are moderate and we work with teachers and guides who are like-minded to keep sessions and classes affordable. Pilates Habitat offers group Pilates machine classes and private Pilates and Gyrotonic® training in the Gramercy Park/Union Square/Stuyvesant Town neighborhood.
