Phoenix Fitness and Dance

Phoenix Fitness & Dance is a studio and gym offering pole, silks, lyra, dance, and strength training & flexibility designed especially for aerialists. When arriving at the building, do not enter through the Gold's Gym entrance. Come through the same building but underneath the number of the address in the middle of the tall building and take the elevator up to the third floor. Take a left from the elevator, and we are on the right after what looks like an ATM. ​
