Perspire Sauna Studio offers 50-minute infrared sauna and red-light therapy sessions in the peaceful luxury of a fully private room. This service comes with premium TV streaming during your session and complimentary towels. This is a great way to detox, recover, boost your immune system, burn up to 400 calories and enhance your sleep! You can have your room all to yourself or share it with one other Wellhub member. Please note that our standard sauna suites included in your Wellhub benefits do not include shower access. We recommend not showering for at least 1-2 hours post session to allow your body to cool down on its own to maximize the sauna health benefits. We offer a cold eucalpytus towel to freshen up after your session. Our studio also has larger contrast therapy suites that include a private shower stall with a regular shower and a 45°F rainfall snø shower to supercharge your recovery with an energizing hot/cold contrast. These contrast therapy shower suites are a $20 upgrade fee per visit.
