Slow Flow Vinyasa is designed to create a beautiful synchrony between breath and movement. Yin Yoga is designed to release the tight fascia that encloses your muscles and lubricate your joints. Hot Power Flow is an invigorating blend of Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Slow Flow that is designed to stimulate your central nervous system, while finding harmony between your breath and movement. Restorative Yoga is a supportive yoga designed to allow for complete relaxation and recovery. P.O.Y. HIIT is structured to increase strength and endurance. Hot hatha is a heated hatha class focusing on breath work, balance and strength. Class is heated to 90-100F. In the beginner class we focus on helping new students to establish a yoga foundation this hatha class will focus on breath work and postures to increase balance, strength and confidence.
