Starting June 1st, we moved back to our restored home at 140 West 83rd St. NY, NY 10024 Join us for Classic Vinyasa, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Essentials, The Somatics Solution to release muscles & pain and Urban Zen restorative. Our classes are multiple disciplines with experienced and respected teachers. We have workshops focusing on body care, wellness and safe yoga techniques. See you soon!
