USA Fitness Center is a state of the art fitness center including a large gym floor, cardio arena, group fitness, and personal training. We are a full-scale facility, featuring a complete state-of-the-art weight room, a variety of cardio equipment, a separate spinning studio, an aerobics room, separate men’s and woman’s room steam and sauna, as well as full sized locker rooms. We have a full sized protein shake bar with lounge couches and a fireplace if you need to kick back before or after your workout.
