It offers everything you could need to get in the best shape of your life and also to achieve optimum body composition. No booking is needed to attend the activities. The facility charges $10/month paid directly to the gym for full 24/7 access as well as all classes. Otherwise, there is no charge for a basic membership. We have been in business since 2012 and have won Simply the Best gym 5 years in a row!!! We are also female/veteran owned!
