We’ve perfected the art of high-intensity, low-impact exercise to bring you the best full-body workout ever. This 50 minute workout utilizes our one-of-a-kind resistance machine, The X-Former. We practice slow, controlled, continuous tension, quick transitions and effective range of motion using resistance and balance to activate the slow-twitch fat-burning muscle fibers.
