Our world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is located in the heart of Midtown in Memphis, TN. The team is led by Alexandre Meadows, a black belt in the art under Marcelo Garcia.We live by the credo that “Iron sharpens iron”, and stepping into MGA, you will notice high level talent teaching and training here daily. We provide conditioning for our athletes and encourage them to compete around the world. Whereas some gyms may offer one no-gi class a week, MGA boasts two full days dedicated to no-gi. Also, we are the only school in the area offering early morning classes so you can train before the day starts.
