Maui Hot Yoga located in Kihei Maui is a beautiful place to start your day off right! Come practice your asanas in the blue room painted in an enchanting oceanscape with dolphins, whales, mermaids and more. We have a variety of classes ranging from Classic hot yoga 26/2, vinyasa, Pilates, yin and sound baths. Our space is heated to 100-105 degrees using infrared heat to warm and loosen muscles and optimize your sweat. We are focused on balancing the body, mind and spirit.
