Los Gatos Boxing is the premier professional boxing and fitness training center for those seeking balance of mind and body. Sessions will include learning boxing fundamentals and skills along with boxing specific strength and conditioning. Sessions are taught and programmed by world champion boxer Tony Johnson. Los Gatos boxing has a variety of classes from youth boxing to Hiit boxing classes for all ages and experience levels.
