Krav Maga Cleveland is an adults and children's (ages 9 and above) self defense and fitness school based in Warrensville Heights, OH. Our programs include, Krav Maga - a hybrid martial art (translates to "contact combat") that uses principles of striking, grappling, ground fighting, along with verbal de-escalation, pre-emption, and more. Muay Thai - One of the most effective and versatile striking systems greatly applicable for both defense and sport. BJJ - Our ground fighting program with a defensive context. StrikeFit - cardio kickboxing with a Krav twist Strength & Conditioning - Resistance training class that uses body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and more in a wide variety of work outs aimed at improving strength, anaerobic conditioning and endurance. Yoga - Deep stretch, Vinyasa flow yoga with live guitar.
