Located next to Old Town Torrance and Honda HQ, IKON is the gym for you if you are looking to: lose weight, build muscle, and keep you heart healthy. Each SWEAT class is limited to 10 people, and will have a dedicated coach that gives you technical cues and support throughout the workout.
