Hampton Family YMCA

Our YMCA began in 1980 with the commitment of Hampton residents and city leaders. The Hampton Family YMCA provides a safe, family-oriented environment, and a gathering place for thousands of kids, families, seniors, and individuals. With the ever-changing needs of the community, our YMCA continues to improve the lives of all residents in Hampton and the surrounding areas. This center offers a comprehensive strength-training experience with selectorized machines, plate-loaded equipment, free weights, and cable-based functional training systems. Squat racks, assisted pull-up and dip stations, and multi-station equipment support full-body workouts for all fitness levels.
