Greenwich Village Athletic, part of The Athletic Clubs, is a community-driven Athletic Club where fitness meets connection. Our training model is built around Squads. Squads are dedicated groups of individuals who train together twice weekly with a dedicated coach at a set time. Each session expertly combines strength training, conditioning, and mobility in a welcoming & social environment. Outside the gym, we host regular social events, run clubs, and coordinate community activations to keep fitness fun and sustainable.
