We’re a Gracie Jiu Jitsu academy located in Milton, GA – only a half hour north of Atlanta. Our academy teaches self-defense and sport Jiu Jitsu to practitioners of all ages and abilities in our family based atmosphere. Our head instructor, Professor Jamie Williams, has created a fun, safe, collaborative and social environment that welcomes everyone interested in training. J3 is a member of The Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association (PSBJJA) - one of the oldest, largest, and most respected associations in the world today and is partnered with Gracie University. We are proud to be one of the few certified academies for the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. J3 is also member of the BJJ Globetrotters community
