Gold's Gym Mission

Gold’s Gym in Mission was opened in October of 2010 by the Garcia’s, a family dedicated to bringing exciting health and fitness programs to the South Texas area. The gym played an essential part in the family winning the Franchisee of the Year in 2013. This award is based on community involvement, customer service, and day to day operations. This is where Gold’s Gym in Mission gets its sense of community and family prevalent throughout the facility and its members. Recently renovated to expand the main fitness floor and add steam rooms and a Lady Golds area, our Mission gym is proud to offer stellar group fitness classes, including Les Mills programming like BodyPump and RPM. In fact, in 2012 Gold’s Gym Mission won Best Group Exercise Programming at the International Gold’s Gym Convention in Las Vegas, NV. Offering over 60 group exercise classes throughout the week, our energizing instructors are bound to give you a great workout while showing you an even better time. Our esteemed Personal Training department is the best of any gym in Mission. In 2014, the gym was recognized by the Gold’s Gym Franchise Association as having the best Personal Training program over any other location. It is this handful of awards that has pushed Gold’s Gym Mission staff to further provide the complete elite health club experience for our members.
