Four Hundred Fitness Club

Four Hundred Fitness Club is a private gym centrally located in Irvine. Our training sessions are led by nationally-certified Personal Trainers who will provide the support and motivation you need to reach your health and fitness goals. Four Hundred Fitness Club prides itself in being not only results-focused, but also community-driven, so you can reach your goals in a fun and safe environment alongside other like-minded individuals who will support and encourage you. We also offer kids strength and conditioning classes for boys and girls ages 6+. Each session focusing on age-appropriate strength, conditioning, endurance, tempo, agility, speed, plyometric and flexibility. On-site physical therapist and nutritionist is also available as needed.
