Located in Fremont, Flow Fitness is the right choice if you’re looking for studio style classes or open gym access. We're the only gym in Seattle that offers 4 studios plus open gym access all in one location. Come take our signature Barre, Indoor Cycle, Flow FIT or Yoga classes or just pop in for our open gym which features 6 squat racks and an assortment of strength and conditioning equipment for those who are into functional fitness. You need to book to attend the classes. For open gym no reservation is needed and you can just check in on the app when you get there.
