Our unique Studio in Germantown specializes in making fitness sustainable, enjoyable and accessible—especially for men and women over 40. However all adults are welcome here! Improving lives through movement for all fitness levels and abilities is our goal. We find a way to make your goals possible for you and we are with you all the way to success and beyond. Late Cancel & No-Show Policy: To keep our classes small and impactful: • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged the full price of the class to the credit card on file. • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
