Minnesota Ki Aikido

We are a community and 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to practicing and teaching the Japanese martial art of Ki-Aikido. Shinshin Toitsu Aikido was founded in 1974 by Soshu Koichi Tohei Sensei, 10th Dan in Aikido. Based on the essential Ki principle “Mind moves Body,” we learn how to maximize the ability that people naturally have, and how to respect and lead others. The benefits of this practice are not limited to the dojo. This training develops the capacity for connection, focus, and relaxation in daily life. We'd be delighted to meet you. We welcome visitors to our classes, and would be glad to answer your questions about our practice. Please come observe or try a class!
