F45 Training South Hills

Located between Kohls and Famous Footwear, close to South Hills Village, F45 stands for 'Functional' and '45' minutes. Functional strength & HIIT training that delivers real results for anybody. Our functional training alternates each day between cardio- and resistance-focused classes, but is always circuit and interval-style, meaning the class is broken down into work to rest intervals, so you may be doing an exercise for 40-60 seconds, but then you get 15-20 seconds to recover and catch your breath before on to the next exercise. Plus, there are two personal trainers on the floor to coach you on form, technique, weight selection and of course keep you accountable.
