Who we are The owners of CrossFit Mañana have been doing CrossFit for a combined 26 years, and we live this ethos every day. We believe in balance (serious workouts AND comfy couch Sundays; chicken and broccoli AND pizza and ice cream) and living full lives, not restricted ones.
