Coastal Pilates NSB

Discover boutique-style Pilates in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, where every class is intentionally designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and supported. Our small-group, in-person sessions create a welcoming and personalized experience you won’t find in a large gym setting. Whether you’re new to Pilates or already experienced, our instructors provide hands-on guidance and encouragement every step of the way. Our studio is conveniently located in New Smyrna Beach and offers a clean, cozy, community-focused atmosphere where clients can move, reset, and recharge. We offer in-person classes only, allowing us to create a more connected and supportive experience for every client. Please bring grip socks and a water bottle to class. We do have a water cooler and cups available in the studio for your convenience, as well as an on-site restroom. Free parking is available in our lot, though spaces can fill up quickly during busy class times, so arriving a few minutes early is always encouraged.
