CenterPeace Yoga & Movement Studio is a intentionally designed boutique space for movement, breath, and connection. Rooted in the belief that every body is different, our studio offers a diverse range of classes that meet you exactly where you are while inviting you to grow, explore, and deepen your practice. Our schedule includes a variety of yoga styles, from gentle and restorative practices that calm the nervous system to more active flows that build strength, flexibility, and balance. You will also find unique movement experiences such as breathwork, somatic-based classes, sound-infused sessions, and specialty offerings that go beyond a traditional yoga studio. Each class is guided by experienced and intuitive instructors who bring their own style, training, and perspective, creating a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. Located next door to our original CenterPeace location, the studio is part of a larger network of practitioners and experiences dedicated to whole-person wellness. Many guests choose to complement their movement practice with additional services offered throughout the center, creating a more integrated and supportive approach to their well-being.
