The club is just a five-minute walk from the Kendall Square T (Red Line) station and offers subsidized paid parking in the building. We have plenty of equipment to meet all your needs with lots of cardio pieces, strength circuit, a functional area with TRX, heavy bag, ropes and more and a fully equipped free-weight room with plenty of weights, racks and benches. We also offer a wide range of Group Exercise classes including Spin, Zumba, Yoga and Barre and many more for every level of ability in either our spin studio or class studio. Come take a private or duet Pilates session in our private Reformer Pilates studio or take a session with one of our awesome Personal Trainers.
