BODYROK is a Pilates-inspired, 45-min, full body, strength training group class on the custom BODYROK reformer. Our hybrid Pilates sequences will have you plank, lunge, squeeze, pike, jump and push your body. The BODYROK experience is designed to create more energy and increase your metabolism, working for you even after you leave. BEGINNERS WELCOME! Come ROK with us! Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you acclimated with the studio and the BODYROK reformer. If you are new to the studio and arrive less than 5 minutes before class, you will not be allowed to participate in class. Grip socks are required for class. If you need a pair, we have them for sale in the studio. Booking is required to be able to participate in the activities.
